The Heat is on

July brought the heat wave, 🌞but this year we've been lucky to experience the benefit of air-con upstairs in the cafe❄️. This meant visitors could relax comfortably whilst spending time with us and importantly, the cats could be nice and cool instead of roasting in their fur coats. 🐈

Well who would've thought that cats, who we know spend 70% of their time sleeping, would still choose to sleep downstairs, in the window, in the heat? We certainly didn't but they do 🥵 

When the air-con is upstairs but the cats are downstairs

As we know they also like to sleep in the most restrictive of spaces and one day we couldn't find Alfie anywhere. After a long search he was finally located on top of the glass case on Snorri's shelf💤 Maybe it's his cool place?🤔
